Well Clinic is here to offer our skills to your staff during this time of uncertainty. We offer three unique programs designed to support the distinct stressors different members of your team are facing.

Well Clinic has a long history of working with Bay Area professionals and companies in a variety of capacities.

Our goal is to partner with you to give your staff the extra support necessary to keep their mood stable and energy intact while weathering the consequences of the pandemic. Each package includes:

  • 12 Weeks of 1-1 video sessions with a personal psychotherapist
  • Each session is 30-minutes long
  • Additional ongoing mental health support is also available, as needed

Crisis Resilience Program
For currently-employed staff

Our therapists provide discussion topics and support with the end goal of increasing resiliency. Potential illness, economic changes, schedule disruptions, difficulty concentrating on work tasks, loss of childcare and routine, and separation from loved ones.

These are among the basic and universal struggles facing us all right now. Mastering skills to help with perspective, understanding your stress response, and nervous system regulation, will help build a resiliency toolkit for your staff members and manage anxiety symptoms.

  • Customized program designed by Well Clinic with the goal of providing extra support needed in times of heightened crisis and stress
  • Meet 1-1 with a personal psychotherapist weekly for 30 minutes via video for 12 weeks
  • Take-away tools and exercises designed to help you navigate the ups and downs of the week between sessions and after the program has ended
  • Additional ongoing mental health support available in addition or as a continuation available as needed
  • $1500 per enrolled employee

Transition Management Program
For recently-terminated employees

Losing a job is one of the greatest stressors we face in our lifetime. This is an inevitability right now, but it is possible to help cushion the impact for your departing staff by giving them a place to land emotionally and gain skills to navigate this stressful time.

Our therapists provide psychoeducation and support around the key experiences of instability, loss of identity, self- esteem and managing uncertainty.

Manager and Executive Counseling
For those making and executing layoff decisions

Leaders are finding themselves in a new landscape of very hard decisions. It is not simple to be true to your values and humanity and also make decisions that have devastating impacts on your team. While others may view this as being in the “fortunate” position, we know it can actually be a very painful role and often one experienced in isolation.

Our therapists provide skills on mindfulness and ethical decision-making as well as support to those who would otherwise be facing these anxieties in isolation.

  • Program designed by Well Clinic clinicians to help support manager and executive-level professionals cope with the added stress of terminating employee contracts and managing a skeleton crew through a crisis.
  • Meet 1-1 with a personal psychotherapist weekly for 30 minutes via video for 12 weeks
  • Discussion topics focused on staying present in hard decisions and conversations as well as overall psychological self care during this stressful time.
  • Take-away tools designed to help you navigate the stressors of isolation while making ethical decisions and executing well.
  • Additional ongoing mental health support available in addition or as a continuation available as needed.
  • $1500 per enrolled employee
