MEET LILLY SERVERA

“My foremost goal is to provide a warm and safe environment in which you feel respected.”

With so much happening in daily life, you deserve to find someone empathetic, non-judgemental, and trustworthy to confide in. For me, it is a privilege to be allowed to listen to someone’s story, and witness their journey towards self-improvement.

My foremost goal is to provide a warm and safe environment in which you feel validated. I can help you in the process of gaining greater insight into whatever has brought you into therapy and collaborate on setting the pace of your treatment. I am passionate about helping individuals feel more empowered, confident, and self-accepting.

As a clinical social worker, I view lifespan as a continuum and acknowledge how multiple systems impact your identity and life. Some topics that interest me include shame, doubt, self-esteem and image, grief and death, family dynamics and relationships, intersectional feminism, racial justice, dating culture, and self-care. I use an integrative approach to therapy, that draws from psychodynamic, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and self-compassion interventions.

If this resonates with you, please feel free to contact me. Therapy may just be the cathartic source of self-care that you’re looking for.
