MEET NADIA THALJI

“Finding meaning can make a significant difference in your life and impact your sense of well-being.”

Perhaps you are feeling overwhelmed with so many decisions to be made in the midst of difficult life transitions. You may feel lonely, anxious, depressed and confused… but also open to explore the roots of your emotional distress and encounter new possibilities with someone that may be of help.

Having a supportive therapist, that is present to your experience, can facilitate life transitions. My goal is to help you bridge ambiguous feelings and integrate the split parts of yourself and “move on”. In the therapeutic encounter, the interconnection of the personal and the collective (environment, relationships) are addressed to facilitate the meaning-making process that is part of living a more fulfilling life.

I am a multicultural and multilingual therapist offering psychotherapy in English, Portuguese and Spanish. I welcome culturally and linguistically diverse peoples. In addition, clients from diverse racial, ethnic and religious backgrounds. I have a particular interest in working with individuals, couples and families struggling with relationships, self – expression, cultural differences, and trauma issues.

My approach is psychodynamic with a doctoral and postdoctoral training in depth psychology (Jungian analysis, psychoanalysis). I also specialize in somatic therapy, art therapy, and mindfulness. If you would like to learn more about the experience of being in therapy as an individual, couple or family, please reach out today
