MEET SARA LEVEY

“By creating a safe, contained, relational space healing and shifts are able to occur. “

I work with clients to develop trust and rapport that fosters the possibility of opening, vulnerability, and a place clients can be uniquely themselves. My goal is to honor the authenticity and dynamics of each individual, partnership, and family.

I enjoy the exploration with client’s both conscious and unconscious states, whether it is through verbal or nonverbal expression. Through self-compassion, developing awareness, and co-creating a narrative; I believe in a collaborative framework setting goals and working together as a team.

With my background in expressive arts therapy, I am able to facilitate a therapeutic presence through creativity and alternative forms of expression. Additionally, I work from an integrative holistic person-centered approach, using a dynamic toolbox of modalities and theories to meet client with non judgement, empathy, and curiosity.

Through an attachment lens, I believe we are shaped by our early childhood experiences, together we can gain a deeper understanding, exploration, and narrative of these experiences while holding self, identity, relationships, and meaning. My style is synergistic, intentional, intuitive, and heart-forward.
